Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the basis on which Heirwell ("we", "us", "our") provides information sessions and facilitation services to individuals, families, and business owners ("you"). By making an enquiry, booking a session, or attending any session delivered by Heirwell, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Heirwell operates from 52 Surasak Road, Si Racha, Chonburi 20110, Thailand. We can be reached at [email protected] or by telephone at +66 91 247 8635.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with booking or attending a session.

Heirwell provides general information sessions, educational seminars, and facilitated conversations relating to estate organisation, generational record-keeping, family business continuity planning, and legacy communication. Our sessions are informational and facilitative in nature.

We do not provide:

• Legal advice of any kind, including advice on wills, trusts, or inheritance instruments
• Financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax planning
• Accounting or regulated financial services
• Psychological counselling or regulated therapy services
• Any service that requires a professional licence under Thai law or the laws of any other jurisdiction

Nothing communicated in a session, in written materials, or in any other correspondence from Heirwell constitutes professional advice in any regulated field. You should seek independent, qualified professional advice before making any legal, financial, or tax-related decisions.

Our three current session types are: the Generational Planning Seminar, the Family Business Succession Workshop, and Legacy Conversation Facilitation. Session descriptions are provided on our website and in our session information materials. We reserve the right to update session content, structure, and materials over time.

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Heirwell following your enquiry. Prices for each session type are as published on our website at the time of booking. All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Heirwell reserves the right to request payment in advance of a session date.

Session prices are subject to change. Any change in price will not apply to sessions already confirmed in writing.

Cancellations by you: If you need to cancel a confirmed session, please notify us in writing as early as possible at [email protected]. Cancellation terms, including any applicable refund provisions, will be set out in your booking confirmation.

Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests to reschedule, subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change your session date.

Cancellations by Heirwell: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session in exceptional circumstances, including circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will contact you as promptly as possible and work with you to find an appropriate alternative date or arrangement.

Heirwell sessions are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By booking or attending on behalf of a group or family, you confirm that all participants are adults and have agreed to participate voluntarily.

Our sessions are collaborative and conversational. We ask all participants to engage respectfully and to keep any personal information shared by others during a facilitated session confidential. This applies particularly to the Legacy Conversation Facilitation and Family Business Succession Workshop formats.

Heirwell reserves the right to decline to proceed with or to end a session if the conduct of a participant is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise makes it impractical to continue. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided.

Sessions may be conducted in English. Please contact us in advance if you have language access requirements and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

All session materials, handouts, frameworks, and written resources provided by Heirwell in connection with a session remain the intellectual property of Heirwell. They are provided for your personal use and reference only.

You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or adapt these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Sharing materials within your own family or business for the purposes for which they were provided is permitted.

Heirwell's sessions are general information and facilitation only. We do not accept responsibility for any decisions you or your family make based on information shared in a session, in our materials, or in any other communication from us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heirwell's total liability to you in connection with any session or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that session.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

We take the privacy of your personal information seriously. The way we collect, use, and protect your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

Our website uses cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with that policy. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or any session provided by Heirwell will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Changes take effect from the date they are published. Bookings made before a change takes effect will be governed by the version of the Terms in place at the time of booking, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
